Brownie Ice Cream Sundae Party

Thank you Brawny® Tear-A-Square® for sponsoring this post. Think of all the ways you can Put a Square There!

It wouldn’t be summer without a Brownie Ice Cream Sundae Party! It’s messy, it’s yummy, and it’s so much fun for everyone!

We’ve been having such a great summer! How about you? We’re trying to make the most of every moment, because I know it will end all too soon!

Sunny days, splashing at the pool, time with family and friends, and cool treats are all some of my most favorite things about this season!

Recently, we had some friends visiting from out of town and we knew it would be the perfect time for a brownie ice cream sundae party! One of the best parts about the warm weather is that we can make a mess outside instead of inside when we host gatherings!

When it comes to hosting parties, I’m all about keeping things simple and as fuss-free as possible! And, of course, one of the key factors when a crowd is involved is being able to clean up easily!

Messy hands and faces are bound to happen when enjoying brownie ice cream sundaes, so I was sure to keep Brawny® Tear-A-Square® ready for all the drips and smudges! I love the new Brawny® Tear-A-Square® quarter sheet size because I can use just what I need without feeling like I’m wasting. Plus, one roll can go a long way!

The quarter sheet size is so great for faces!

But, sometimes there are situations where a full sheet is definitely required! 🙂 No big deal! Brawny® Tear-A-Square® to the rescue!

With the full, half, and quarter sheet size options, there is something for every mess! And I know I can always count on Brawny® for quality and strength when I’m wiping up melty ice cream or catching chocolate sauce that’s dribbling down a little face!

Ice cream party, plus kids, equals loads of fun and lots of mess! But I was fully prepared! I made sure to pass around the Brawny® Tear-A-Square® roll throughout for all the caramel and chocolate residual.

Who doesn’t love a loaded brownie ice cream sundae? It’s always so fun to watch everyone customize and make their own yummy creations.

This bash came together so easily! I lined a folding table with cute wrapping paper. I baked up some brownies, then sliced and placed them in a metal tier tray. I set out a large tub of vanilla ice cream (wouldn’t want to run out of that!). Then, I poured all the toppings into mini serving bowls. Some ideas are chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, gummy bears, maraschino cherries, crushed chocolate cookies, colorful chocolate candies, and crushed candy bars. Next, I poured caramel, chocolate, and marshmallow sauce into mini jars with plastic spoons. I served everything in waffle bowls because they are so delicious and fun! Don’t forget the Brawny® Tear-A-Square® paper towels!

Everyone built brownie ice cream sundaes to their heart’s content while talking and enjoying the gorgeous warm evening! I hope you are making lots of memories this summer! So tell me, will you be hosting friends and family soon? This brownie ice cream sundae bar brings all the smiles!

This is such a delicious idea! We do Sundae Sundays, but we haven't added brownies as one of the toppings! And those waffle bowls look yummy, too!
