Chicken Cordon Bleu Wraps

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Hillshire Brands Company.  The opinions and text are all mine.

Make lunch time interesting again with these Chicken Cordon Bleu Wraps! They’re full of goodness that will satisfy you until dinner!

I don’t know about you, but sometimes I dread that lunch time hour just because I’m so hungry, yet the typical sandwich is just not getting me excited. And the thought of having to make something more elaborate than a sandwich makes me tired. Are you in the same boat?

I’ve always been one to have simple lunches because, between feeding my toddler and the other things that always seem to be going on at that time, it’s usually all I can do to throw together and scarf down some sustenance.

Which is why I’m a huge fan of wraps. They’re a creative, easy and extra delicious take on the traditional sandwich. They’re a great way to get pumped again about eating lunch!

I love how effortless it is to customize a wrap to your taste with different sauces, tortillas and add-ins.

More often than not, my wraps are built around Hillshire Farm® Lunchmeat. It’s the best! Hillshire Farm lunchmeat is made with no artificial flavors, no preservatives, no added nitrates or nitrites. You can taste the difference!

It’s so easy to find on the lunchmeat wall at Walmart. And since Walmart now offers Online Grocery Pickup, it’s even more of a no-brainer to stock up there on the items I need to make my lunch time wraps. 🙂 Be sure to check your local Walmart to see if OGP is available near you!

And while you’re at it, use this Ibotta coupon to save on Hillshire Farm Lunchmeat Red Lid Varieties from 5/20-6/30 at Walmart!

I’ve always been a huge fan of Chicken Cordon Bleu, so I thought it would be fun and interesting to make one of my favorite main courses into a wrap! The results are extremely delicious! You’re going to love it!

I knew my lunch rotation was in serious need of a revamp and this totally did the trick! These Chicken Cordon Bleu Wraps will make you feel like you’ve died and gone to heaven!

I layered some ranch dressing, honey Dijon mustard, Hillshire Farm Lunchmeat (honey ham and black forest ham varieties), Swiss cheese, and lettuce on a flour tortilla. The outcome is nothing short of scrumptious!

Plus, it’s a no sweat lunch option that can be thrown together in a hurry and transported to work, a picnic or wherever your day takes you.

Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Hillshire Farm Honey Ham and Black Forest Ham Lunchmeat
  • Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
  • Swiss Cheese Slices
  • Lettuce
  • Ranch Dressing
  • Honey Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  1. To assemble, place a few slices of Hillshire Farm Honey Ham and Black Forest Ham on a flour tortilla (about 2 slices of each).  You'll want to leave a few inches of space on the sides to allow room to roll them up. Sprinkle some rotisserie chicken pieces over ham, followed by a few slices of Swiss cheese and some lettuce pieces. Drizzle with ranch dressing and honey Dijon mustard. Roll up, secure with toothpicks, slice in half and serve.
