Easy Chicken Bundles

I have quite a few recipes that I cycle through, so we don’t eat the same meal very often at my house.  That is…unless it’s awesome.  And these are awesome.  We eat them at least once a month.  They are so easy to throw together, but you’d never know, because they look and taste fantastic!  My picky kids even like them!

Try them and let me know what you think!

{EASY CHICKEN BUNDLES}
From Favorite Family Recipes
1-2 cans canned chicken (or roughly the same amount of shredded chicken)
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans crescent rolls
2 c. crushed croutons (you can also use the Parmesan Shake ‘n Bake)
Stir together first four ingredients.  Separate crescent rolls into triangles.  Spoon chicken into the bottom of the triangle.  Fold in the bottom corners, and roll up.  Lightly roll in melted butter, then roll in crushed croutons.  Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 min.  If desired, serve with cream of chicken soup diluted with 1/2 cup milk over the crescent rolls.  (I also like to add salt, pepper and parsley to the sauce).Enjoy!

      I just boil chicken breasts. You just don't want the mixture to be dry, but it's hard to go wrong with it. Just add your chicken and then add enough cream cheese to wet the mixture throughout. Add some salt and pepper to season it too. I usually don't even add the milk, as long as the mixture is moist enough.

    It looks delicious. I have a tried a different version that did not have the croutons or bread crumbs. I think adding the croutons will make it even more tasty. Can't wait to try your recipe. Thanks for sharing! Stopping by from Easy Life Meal & Party Planning.
