This Homemade Pizza Sauce is so easy to make with a few pantry staples and is so delicious!
Have you ever made your own pizza sauce? I typically don’t, but recently I haven’t been able to find it in stores near me. So I set out to make my own! Literally a few ingredients later, I was enjoying some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten.
It comes together so quickly in the blender. Just be sure to leave a few hours for it to sit in the fridge so those flavors can really come together and shine!
My kids beg for homemade pizza on a regular basis. I haven’t made it as often lately because pizza sauce has been so tricky to locate on store shelves in my area. I can’t believe I didn’t think to make my own sooner! Are you having trouble finding pizza sauce at stores too?

Easy Homemade Pizza Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 can 14.5 oz. Italian-style diced tomatoes (with basil, garlic and oregano); undrained
- 1/4 c. tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together in an electric blender until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2-3 hours so the flavors can come together.
