These Pull Apart Chicken Sliders are the perfect addition to any ! They’re sharable, flavorful and sure to be a hit!
My kids are out of school and we are all relishing in the slow mornings and the abundance of playtime and sunshine! I love when the kids are home full time to party for the summer! We have loads of fun plans to check off of our bucket list before school starts again all too soon.
I’m sure there is lots of swimming, BBQing, swinging, ball-playing, and biking in our near future! We’ve taken up mountain biking, as a family, over the last year and we are loving it! The kids cannot wait to put on their swimsuits and splash in the pool. But until the pools are open, you can find them running through the sprinklers, squealing in sheer joy. I can’t get enough of the sounds of summer!
Another thing we always look forward to when the weather turns warm is enjoying our meals at our picnic table under the shade of our large pine trees in the front yard. Our beautiful outdoor views seem to make the food taste even better! 🙂 You can bet these Pull Apart Chicken Sliders will be enjoyed on-the-regular over the coming months!
There’s something about sliders that just scream “summer!”, don’t you agree? I never tire of them. I love that I can make a big pan of them and feed my kids and all their friends or take them to a fun gathering to share. You can’t go wrong with BBQ chicken and melty cheese on toasted Hawaiian rolls! It just doesn’t get better than this! I personally love the addition of dill pickles too!

To prepare these sliders, coat some boneless, skinless chicken thighs in a mixture of Tabasco Honey BBQ sauce and salt and black pepper. Then bake (or grill) them to perfection, shred the chicken, and stir in additional Tabasco Honey BBQ sauce.
Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally, brush with melted butter, then add BBQ chicken and slices of pepper jack cheese. Return the sliders to the oven to heat through, then serve immediately with a dill pickle slice in each. Please refer to the recipe below for specific amounts and instructions.
Is there really any such thing as too much when it comes to something this good? 🙂 I love to add extra sauce to the sliders after they come out of the oven. This Tabasco Honey BBQ sauce is absolutely phenomenal! Oh my goodness, I’m drooling just looking at it! I know you’re going to love these too!
