Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Peppers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package 18 oz Farm Rich Jalapeño Peppers
  • Pepper Jack Cheese sliced into small rectangles
  • Fresh Pineapple slices
  • 1 pkg. Thick-Sliced quality bacon
  • Toothpicks
  • Fruit Salsa or fruit dipping sauce I used Roasted Pineapple Jabanero Sauce, optional

Instructions
 

  • Instructions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Assemble Jalapeño Peppers by placing a slice of cheese and a pineapple slice on each Farm Rich Jalapeño Pepper. Remove bacon from package, cut in half and wrap around, seam side facing down. Stick a toothpick through, taking care, since Jalapeño Peppers will be frozen. Place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for approximately 14 minutes, or until bacon is cooked and Jalapeño Peppers are completely warmed through. Serve immediately with fruit salsa or dipping sauce.
