Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare rice mixes according to package directions, except stir in the chopped broccoli while it cooks.
- Fry the ham pieces in a skillet over medium heat, turning with a spatula frequently, so it doesn't burn.
- After the rice is done, stir in the ham pieces, then pour into an 8"x8" casserole dish and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake until warmed through and cheese is melty, about 20-25 minutes.
