Cook MorningStar Farms® Chipotle Black Bean Crumbles™ according to package directions over stove top in a large skillet. Add hashbrowns, corn and black beans and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or just until hashbrowns are warm and no longer frozen. Add eggs and green chiles and scramble with the mixture, cooking until the mixture is no longer runny. Top with cheese and cover with a lid until cheese is melted. Serve with warm flour tortillas, sour cream and salsa, optional.
