Line a large cookie sheet with sides with graham crackers. You'll want to make sure they're touching, but not overlapping. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips and quickly spread over the graham crackers. Let chocolate set. I put mine in the fridge for 10 minutes to speed up the process. Melt white chocolate chips and quickly spread over semi-sweet chocolate layer. The white chocolate will set up fast, so work quickly! Immediately sprinkle with garnishes and allow it all to set. Use a large, sharp knife to slice it into triangles.
