Easy Savory Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese you can also use asiago
  • 1/4 c. Italian style breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 c. finely-diced yellow onion
  • 1 large egg

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, add ground beef, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, parmesan, breadcrumbs, diced onion and egg. Combine well with a fork or your hands.
  2. Lightly grease a cookie sheet or line it with a non-stick baking mat. Form/roll meat into 1 1/2" balls and place on prepared sheet, a few inches apart. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or just until meat is no longer pink inside.
