Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease cookie sheets or line them with nonstick baking mats.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together butter, white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, eggs, orange zest and orange juice.
In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Add dry mixture to wet mixture and mix until incorporated. Mix in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Scoop or form dough into 1 1/2" balls and place at least 2" apart on cookie sheets. Press additional white chocolate chips into the tops of the dough balls, if desired.
Bake for approximately 8-9 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on cookie sheets for a few minutes before carefully removing them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
Melt white chocolate and drizzle over cookies before serving.
