Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Sliders

Ingredients
  

  • 16 slider rolls
  • 2 1/2 heaping cups shredded cooked chicken (use rotisserie chicken to make it really easy)
  • 1/3 c. The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce® plus more for drizzling
  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 small jalapeno seeds and membranes removed, diced very finely
  • 3/4 c. shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 4 pieces of bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 5 Tbsp. butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded, cooked chicken, 1/3 c. of The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce®, softened cream cheese, diced jalapeno, shredded pepper jack cheese and cooked, crumbled bacon.
  • Split slider rolls in half horizontally.
  • Spread the filling evenly over, then drizzle the filling mixture with additional The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce®.
  • Replace the roll tops.
  • Spread half of the melted butter in the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Place filled rolls over the melted butter so they're touching.
  • Pour the remaining half of the melted butter over the top of the rolls.
  • Cover the pan with foil and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
