Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Sliders

Ingredients
  

  • 16 slider rolls
  • 2 1/2 heaping cups shredded cooked chicken (use rotisserie chicken to make it really easy)
  • 1/3 c. The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce® plus more for drizzling
  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 small jalapeno seeds and membranes removed, diced very finely
  • 3/4 c. shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 4 pieces of bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 5 Tbsp. butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded, cooked chicken, 1/3 c. of The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce®, softened cream cheese, diced jalapeno, shredded pepper jack cheese and cooked, crumbled bacon.
  3. Split slider rolls in half horizontally.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over, then drizzle the filling mixture with additional The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce®.
  5. Replace the roll tops.
  6. Spread half of the melted butter in the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Place filled rolls over the melted butter so they're touching.
  7. Pour the remaining half of the melted butter over the top of the rolls.
  8. Cover the pan with foil and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
