Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup 7 oz. Minute® Ready to Serve Southwest Pinto Beans with White Rice and Vegetables
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded Rotisserie chicken
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. salsa verde green salsa
  • 1 Tbsp. diced red bell peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. diced orange bell peppers
  • 1 tsp. fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp. diced green chiles
  • Toppings:
  • Diced avocado
  • Chopped cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Minute® Ready to Serve Southwest Pinto Beans with White Rice and Vegetables according to package directions. Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken, chopped cilantro, salsa verde, diced red and orange bell peppers, lime juice and green chiles. Top with diced avocado and chopped cilantro (optional). Enjoy!
