Cut a little piece off of each donut so they'll sit flat on the cookie. Add some frosting onto the cut edge of the donut and place it on the fudge cookie. Add a little dot of frosting to each candy eye and place them just above the middle hole in the donut. Insert six candy corns into the donut, fanning them evenly around it.

Cut the end off of one candy corn so it looks like a beak. Put a little frosting on it and insert it snuggly into the center donut hole. Cut your red candy so it has a flat edge. Add some frosting to the flat edge and place it on the side of the beak. Pipe on little feet with orange frosting.
