Apple Pizzas

Ingredients
  

  • Apples use your favorite variety, I used Red Delicious
  • Yoplait® Strawberry Yogurt
  • Diced Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Mixed Nuts I used cashews and almonds
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Nature Valley™ Oats N Honey Granola Bars

Instructions
 

  • Clean and slice your apple in half the short way (not up and down, but side to side, if that makes sense). Now slice each of those sections into rounds with about 1/4" thickness. Mine yielded about four rounds of ideal size. Of course enjoy the rest of the apple! It'd be a shame for any to go to waste.
  • Now spread each round with a few teaspoons of Yoplait® Strawberry Yogurt. Sprinkle with diced strawberries, whole blueberries, mixed nuts (I used cashews and almonds), sunflower seeds, then top with crumbled Nature Valley™ Oats N Honey Granola Bars. Enjoy!
