Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease an 8x8" pan.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together applesauce, egg, Mazola Corn Oil, mashed bananas and sugar.
In a separate bowl, stir together baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, almond flour, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
Add it to the wet mixture, along with the chopped pecans, and mix to combine.
Spread mixture into prepared pan and bake for approximately 28-35 minutes, or just until the center is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool for at least one hour before cutting.
