Banana Pudding Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 3.4 oz. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
  • 2 c. milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 banana sliced

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk. Refrigerate until set.
  2. In a separate bowl, with an electric mixer, cream together cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar.
  3. Stir pudding and cream cheese mixture together. Whip heavy cream until peaks form and it holds it shape.
  4. Fold cream into pudding mixture. Just before serving, fold in 1/2 of a banana, sliced. Top with remaining 1/2 banana, sliced and serve with cookies and fruit.
