BBQ Chicken and Veggie Kabobs

Ingredients
  

  • Hunt's Cherry Chipotle BBQ Sauce
  • Hunt's Mesquite Molasses BBQ Sauce
  • 2 large chicken breasts cut into chunks
  • 1/2 purple onion sliced
  • 1 red 1 yellow and 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
  • A large handful of brussels sprouts
  • 1 package whole button mushrooms sliced in half
  • Wooden skewers about 15

Method
 

  1. Soak your skewers in water for at least an hour (if using wooden skewers) to help prevent burning. First slice all your veggies (mushrooms, zucchini, red onion, bell peppers, and brussels sprouts) and cut chicken into chunks. Skewer everything and pour a generous amount of Hunt's Cherry Chipotle BBQ Sauce and Hunt's Mesquite Molasses BBQ Sauce over, then brush to coat.
  2. Grill on high heat for 6-7 minutes per side, turning once. Insert a temperature gauge into the chicken chunks to ensure they're done (it should be at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit). Drizzle or brush with additional Hunt's BBQ sauce before serving.
