Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9"x13" pan with nonstick baking spray.
Place the broccoli in a pan with enough water over the stove top and allow it to come to a boil. Allow it to boil for a few minutes (4 or 5), or just until it's tender. Drain.
Use an electric mixer to cream together softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, dry ranch dressing mix, and milk.
In a large bowl, stir together cooked chicken, cooked broccoli, cooked rice and the sauce mix.
Spread the mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle cheese over the top, then sprinkle cooked bacon over the top of the cheese.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove the foil, then return it to the oven to bake for 5 more minutes, uncovered.
