Creamy Peanut Butter Brown Sugar Apple Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. heavy cream

Method
 

  1. In the bowl of an electric mixer with the whisk attachment affixed, whip the cream with 1 tsp. vanilla extract until peaks form and it holds it shape when scooped.
  2. Add the creamy peanut butter, softened cream cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon and chopped pecans and mix until creamy and no lumps remain. Spoon mixture into a bowl, cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours so it can set up and thicken. Serve with sliced apples (drizzle apples with lemon juice so they don't go brown).
