Grilled Honey Mustard Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Smithfield Fresh Pork Chops Boneless
  • Marinade:
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. onion powder

Method
 

  1. Stir together all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add pork chops to a resealable bag and pour in about 3/4 of the marinade mixture. Slosh pork chops around in the bag, making sure they get coated well with it. Let rest in the fridge for at least an hour.
  2. Heat grill to medium high heat and brush it with butter so the pork chops won't stick. Brush pork chops with remaining marinade on both sides and grill for approximately 3 minutes per side, flipping once. Test with a meat thermometer to ensure they are done to perfection! Season with salt and pepper after grilling, if desired.
