Grilled Honey Mustard Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Smithfield Fresh Pork Chops Boneless
  • Marinade:
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Stir together all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add pork chops to a resealable bag and pour in about 3/4 of the marinade mixture. Slosh pork chops around in the bag, making sure they get coated well with it. Let rest in the fridge for at least an hour.
  • Heat grill to medium high heat and brush it with butter so the pork chops won't stick. Brush pork chops with remaining marinade on both sides and grill for approximately 3 minutes per side, flipping once. Test with a meat thermometer to ensure they are done to perfection! Season with salt and pepper after grilling, if desired.
