Key Lime Pie Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. whipped topping
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp. lime rind finely grated
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla wafers crushed

Method
 

  1. In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and no lumps remain. Add whipped topping and mix until incorporated. Add in lime juice and lime rind and mix until incorporated.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with vanilla wafer crumbs just before serving. Serve with fresh fruit.
