Lemon Blackberry Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 8 oz. tub whipped topping
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries washed and patted dry

Instructions
 

  • In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice and lemon rind.
  • Fold in whipped topping and blackberries. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or other dip-able cookies. Top with additional fresh blackberries and a lemon slice for a pretty garnish before serving, optional.
