Lemon Blackberry Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 8 oz. tub whipped topping
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries washed and patted dry

Method
 

  1. In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice and lemon rind.
  2. Fold in whipped topping and blackberries. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  3. Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or other dip-able cookies. Top with additional fresh blackberries and a lemon slice for a pretty garnish before serving, optional.
