In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice and lemon rind.
Fold in whipped topping and blackberries. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or other dip-able cookies. Top with additional fresh blackberries and a lemon slice for a pretty garnish before serving, optional.
