I feel like I’ve been obsessed with dips lately. They’re all I can think about. Especially when my mouth is parched.
I just can’t get enough of them, especially when it’s hot outside. Today’s dessert dip is cool, creamy and so refreshing! Totally dreamy!
I could probably face plant in this Pink Lemonade Dip that I shared a while ago. And I know for certain that my self control isn’t what I thought it was, because I couldn’t hold back with this Cherry Chocolate Mousse Dip!
When I think of summer, I think of lots of sunshine, blue skies and fluffy white clouds. This dip totally captures all those wonderful emotions and associations that I have with summer time.
I don’t care if warm weather means our lawn grows wildly out-of-hand, which equates to lots of mowing, or that there are constantly weeds that need pulling. The kids and I find so much joy in being together outside. They swing the day away while I do yard work and then I turn on the sprinkler or set up the slip’n slide so we can cool off.

Lemon and blackberries are a winning flavor combo that I know you’ll love! I’ve recently been on a fresh blackberry kick. They’re always in our refrigerator and I love snacking on them. So I folded some into this billowy dip and I can’t even begin to describe how phenomenal the results are! You’ll just have to try it for yourself to find out. 🙂
Lemon Blackberry Cheesecake Dip
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 8 oz. tub whipped topping
- 1 cup fresh blackberries washed and patted dry
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice and lemon rind.
- Fold in whipped topping and blackberries. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or other dip-able cookies. Top with additional fresh blackberries and a lemon slice for a pretty garnish before serving, optional.
With just a handful of ingredients, this dip is so easy and quick to throw together before heading out the door to that summer time gathering.
