Cook pasta according to package directions in salted water. Drain, then let cool completely. Run under cold water for a little bit if you need to speed up the process.
Put pasta into a large bowl, then add in radishes, carrots, broccoli, olives, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and Feta or mozzarella cubes. Add in as much as you want of the veggies.
Pour Italian dressing over the top and toss to coat. Add enough to give it great flavor and make the pasta so it's not dry, but not so much that it's swimming in dressing. Cover and place the bowl in the fridge until ready to serve. Just before serving, taste and add more Italian dressing if necessary, then toss to coat. The pasta will soak in some of the dressing so you will probably need to add more.
