Pre-heat an oven to 375°F.
Mix chicken thighs in a bowl with salt, black pepper, and ½ cup of TABASCO® Honey BBQ Sauce and bake on a lined baking sheet for 15-18 minutes.
Shred chicken and toss with remaining TABASCO® Honey BBQ Sauce.
Cut Hawaiian rolls horizontally, brush with butter, and place cut side up on a lined baking sheet.
Place shredded chicken and pepper jack cheese on the bottom half of rolls and cook for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Top with sliced pickles, toasted top portion of rolls, and serve immediately.
