Pull Apart Chicken Sliders

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup TABASCO® Honey BBQ Sauce divided in half
  • 12- pack of Hawaiian rolls halved
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 16 each dill pickle slices

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat an oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix chicken thighs in a bowl with salt, black pepper, and ½ cup of TABASCO® Honey BBQ Sauce and bake on a lined baking sheet for 15-18 minutes.
  3. Shred chicken and toss with remaining TABASCO® Honey BBQ Sauce.
  4. Cut Hawaiian rolls horizontally, brush with butter, and place cut side up on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Place shredded chicken and pepper jack cheese on the bottom half of rolls and cook for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Top with sliced pickles, toasted top portion of rolls, and serve immediately.
