Method
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add diced bell pepper and celery and saute until soft. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, stir together softened cream cheese, salt, and pepper, chives, sour cream and Dijon mustard. Add celery and bell peppers and cooked, shredded chicken and stir to combine.
- Place 1-2 tsp. of the mixture on a WHEAT THINS Snacks cracker and sandwich another cracker on top. Repeat for additional mini sandwiches and place on a serving platter. Serve immediately.
