Sriracha Tuna Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Wild Selections® Solid White Albacore Tuna 5 oz. each
  • 1/4 c. diced purple onion heaping
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 1 red delicious apple chopped
  • 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
  • 4 oz. light cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce increase or decrease this depending on how much heat you like
  • 1 head of lettuce washed and dried, pieces separated.

Method
 

  1. Drain tuna. In a large bowl, empty the tuna cans and flake the tuna apart. Add purple onion, celery, apple and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a separate bowl, add cream cheese, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper and sriracha sauce. Stir together well. Add to tuna mixture and stir together until sauce coats it completely. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Serve in lettuce pieces. Roll up and enjoy!
