Method
- Drain tuna. In a large bowl, empty the tuna cans and flake the tuna apart. Add purple onion, celery, apple and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, add cream cheese, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper and sriracha sauce. Stir together well. Add to tuna mixture and stir together until sauce coats it completely. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Serve in lettuce pieces. Roll up and enjoy!
