Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9"x13" pan with parchment paper so it hangs over the sides.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, salt and almonds until crumbs form.
Reserve 3/4 cup of the mixture and set aside for the topping.
Press the remaining crumb mixture into the parchment-lined pan. Bake for around 9-11 minutes.
While that's baking, prepare the strawberry layer by creaming together softened cream cheese, vanilla extract and powdered sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer until creamy and no lumps remain. Mix in strawberry pieces. Spread mixture over baked crust, sprinkle reserved crumb mixture evenly on top, then return pan to the oven and bake for approximately 20 more minutes.
Let cool completely, then slice and serve.
