Warm a stovetop grill or griddle. Butter one side of each of the sourdough slices. Spread cream cheese and Smucker's Fruit and Honey Triple Berry Fruit Spread over the cream cheese. Top with Swiss cheese and a generous amount of turkey. Add some coleslaw mix and press other sourdough slice on top with the butter side facing up. Place sandwich on grill and cook until cheese is melty, contents inside are warmed through, and the bread is a nice toasty golden brown. Slice sandwich in half and serve immediately.
