We just purchased a new Traeger grill and have been having the best time trying out new meats and recipes on it! So, you’ll notice that this week’s menu was very meat-based. 🙂 This is not typically the way we eat.
I can’t even begin to tell you how flavorful and incredible the meats are, coming straight off the Traeger! We’ve been smoking large batches of it and freezing some so we can have easy dinners later on. Do you love to grill during the warmer months? We look forward to it, especially now with our new grill!
I just realized that I cooked every day last week! A new record for me, and I’m exhausted! 🙂
Are you feeling like there’s enough variety in your menu? I hope you’re gleaning inspiration from these posts!
Here’s what we ate for dinner last week:
Rob’s Rice. This is a Sunday dinner classic! So easy and yummy!
Grilled Steak Kabobs. I’ll be sharing this recipe with you very soon! They were so delicious!
Grilled Pizza. I used this recipe for the crust and then we grilled it on our Traeger. You can use these pizza grilling instructions if you own a gas grill.
Chicken Cordon Bleu Pasta. This is a new recipe that I shared this week and my family really raved about it!
Grilled Pork Loin with Mac and Cheese on the side. We seasoned the pork loin well and then grilled it on our Traeger.Â
Grilled Pork Chops with mashed potatoes and gravy. This was another delicious Traeger meal. Simply brush the pork chops with olive oil on both sides, season well with an all-purpose seasoning (we like Greek seasoning or Bad Byron’s Butt Rub seasoning, then grill to perfection.
Grilled Brisket with cheesy rice on the side. We rubbed the brisket with seasoning and smoked it all day in our Traeger. The flavor and texture was phenomenal!
