Enjoy this easy and yummy 3 Ingredient Fruit Dip as an after school snack with the kids! It’s perfect with Cuties as dippers!
My favorite time of the day is after 3:00 when the kids are home and we’re having family time. They come in the door hungry, so I always like to have a snack waiting for them. This is when they really open up about how things played out at school. I love that I get to be the first one they talk to about what they’re learning, accomplishing, and the friendships they’re forming. We’ve made many fond memories in our kitchen and bonded over good food on countless occasions.
Our family has always loved Cuties. We try to incorporate them into every meal and snack that we can. So we put together a super easy and quick dip to go with them. It only involves three ingredients! Because we all know how important speed is when it comes to preparing sustenance for little growling tummies. That after school starvation thing is no joke!
Plus, simple recipes like this are a great way to let the kids get involved!
We love how easy Cuties are to peel, for both little and big hands!
I can’t tell you how happy it makes my heart when my kids ask for a Cutie. Sharing something I enjoy with them and watching them enjoy it too is so fulfilling!
Look for Cuties in the produce section at your local grocery store, where they’re ripe and just begging to be eaten! Just like my kids, Cuties are so cute and sweet! They’re also seedless, and perfectly sized for the little ones to enjoy!
For today’s snack, we peeled the Cuties, separated them, inserted a toothpick into each, then arranged them on a tray for easy dipping! This yogurt dip will make you sing! It’s so creamy and refreshing!
One of the things I’m striving to do as a parent is to teach my kids to love and serve others, even in the simplest of ways. So I really appreciate that Cuties is participating in Random Acts of Kindness Day on February 16th by inviting you and me to find something nice to do for those within our own communities. Whether it’s smiling at a stranger, offering words of encouragement to someone in need of a lift, helping the elderly, or volunteering at a food bank. It’s the little things that really count!
My kids and I have talked it over and we’ve decided to take a basket of goodies (including Cuties, of course) to our local Fire Station to brighten their day.
