20 Creative Homemade (Including Non-Sugary) Valentine Ideas

Nothing says, “I dig you”, on Love Day like a homemade Valentine that’s created with care.  Handmade sends a message of straight-from-the-heart, and isn’t that what Valentine’s Day is all about?
My daughter always looks forward to giving Valentines to her friends and classmates.  Last year we started a fun tradition of making them by hand.  She enjoyed helping me put them together, and they were a hit with her schoolmates.
Homemade isn’t necessarily code for “lots of work”, and I’ll prove it to you.  Below, I’ve compiled a collection of 20 (mostly very simple) Creative Handmade Valentine Ideas, including many that don’t involve sugar (because we all know there’s plenty of that to go around on Valentine’s Day). 🙂
