Thank you Idahoan® Steakhouse® Soups for sponsoring this post. Treat your SOUP-er significant other to a delicious meal!
Enjoy a date night in with this fancy-tasting, but simple-to-make, savory meatballs and soup meal!

My husband and I have never been big on going out for dinner on Valentine’s Day. Battling the crowds and playing the waiting game for our food just doesn’t sound fun to us. So we always enjoy a nice meal in and watch a movie afterwards. It’s a treasured tradition and makes for a very relaxing, enjoyable night!
Our special menu for the evening is always no-fuss to prepare, yet so yummy to the taste buds! Especially with Valentine’s Day being in the middle of the week this year, we know simplicity is going to be key!
Which is why we’ve already decided that our dinner is going to include Idahoan® Steakhouse® Soups!

On a cold evening, we crave all things comfort food! How about you? Soup is one way to warm you right through! We love all of the Idahoan Steakhouse Soups varieties (including Loaded Potato, Creamy Potato, Cheddar Broccoli and Cheddar Potato), but our favorite is the Loaded Potato! The soups are so cheesy-good and include real, red Idaho® potatoes!
I’m a huge fan of the fact that I can forget about making dinner until our stomachs start to rumble and then whip up a delicious meal in 5 minutes flat! All I have to do is add water and quickly cook on the stovetop!

We paired the soup with some incredible savory meatballs! They come together in a hurry, just like the rest of the meal. We even threw some into our soup and the combination was pure heaven! The cheese in the meatballs is enough to make you sing!
