My Favorite Things 2021 Edition

It’s that time of year-when we start thinking about what gifts to get for everyone on our list. Have you started your Christmas shopping yet?

It was not hard for me to come up with a list of my favorite things. I use all of these items all the time. These would make perfect gifts for others or for yourself! 🙂 Many of these are part of my beauty routine, but I threw a few kitchen items and my favorite sweater of all time in there as well.

Click the Amazon images below to shop for the item using my affiliate links.

This face cream is seriously the best! I use it at night before going to bed and also in the morning before putting on makeup. It’s so hydrating and yet not greasy.

This retinol cream has been a skin game changer for me. It’s definitely pricey (it’s my guilty indulgence), but I wouldn’t be using it if it didn’t work. It’s helped to clear my acne (nothing else cleared me up) and keep those pesky fine lines and wrinkles at bay. I use it at night after washing my face and before applying the IT Cosmetics skin cream shown above. My skin is the healthiest and best it’s ever been, thanks to this magical cream in a bottle!

I thought I had a mascara that I liked until my sister recommended that I try this kind. I was instantly hooked! It makes the lashes look longer and fuller. I love the way it goes on and the way it looks on.

My baking and cooking have been made easier because of these amazing Danish dough whisks! The design is seriously brilliant! You know how, with a regular whisk, stuff gets stuck in between the wires, and it’s so frustrating? Well that doesn’t happen with this! I hand wash it, to preserve the life of it, although I think it says it’s dishwasher safe. It mixes things perfectly and makes it harder to overmix. Whatever you use a whisk for, you can use this for!

This lip sleeping balm is so hydrating and refreshing on the lips! I put it on just before going to bed. I wake up with silky smooth lips-no more peeling or cracking for my lips! I also put it on during the day, if my lips are feeling extra chapped.

Last Christmas, when we were visiting family, I noticed that my sister-in-law’s lashes were looking extra incredible and long. I asked her what she was doing to them, and she turned me onto this Babelash serum. I’m so happy with how it’s helped to lengthen my lashes and I’ve gotten tons of compliments on them since I started using this. I put a little swipe of it along my lash lines each night just before going to bed. It takes about 4-6 weeks to start noticing a difference, so be patient. It’s worth it! One bottle lasts a long time too!

My acne-prone skin is loving this face wash. It’s calming and balancing and has helped keep my breakouts to a minimum.

I never realized how big of a difference the quality of hairspray can make until I started using this. It has an excellent hold and smells amazing too!

I use my Silpat silicone baking liners over and over, every day! They make it so baked goods don’t stick, without having to use nonstick baking spray and gunk up your cookie sheets. I typically just wipe them clean with a paper towel afterwards. Occasionally I’ll throw them into the dishwasher or hand wash them in the sink. I store them inside my cookie sheets, to make them extra convenient to use.

If there’s anything I’ve learned in my many years of cooking, it’s that a good knife is so important. Knives are an investment, but they are worth it. You’ll save yourself so much frustration by having a good knife set in your kitchen. Cutco knives are my favorite. This one is great for cutting bread and slicing meat roasts.

I love to save myself money by cleaning the carpets myself. Plus, this cleaner is great for spot treating spills, which happen often with four kids. 🙂 This is easy to use and does a great job.

This vitamin c serum has really helped to brighten my skin and take away dullness. I apply it in the morning, after I’ve got a clean face and before I put on my makeup.

I’ve owned this sweater for over a year and it’s still my favorite in my closet. 🙂 I have the white one.

My favorite spatulas ever! I love that they’re super sturdy, are perfectly shaped, and are seamless for easy and thorough cleaning.  They come in black and red.

I love that this is a sunscreen and a primer all in one. It has a tint, so if I’m wanting to go for a more natural look, while still achieving some coverage, this is perfect. Otherwise, I’ll add my regular foundation over the top of it. It gives the skin a pretty glow.

I’ve snacked on these chocolates more than any other chocolate this year. And you know how important chocolate is to me. 🙂 So good!

We use this wok many times a week to make dinner. It’s so easy to clean, inexpensive and cooks things perfectly! It has a nonstick coating inside, so I can make stir fry and skillet meals without it sticking and burning to the bottom. I love that it comes with a lid.

I have kept this Apple watch band on all year. It’s just too cute! I love it. It’s held up really well-it still looks new. It’s great quality at a great price!

I hope you got some gift ideas from this list! Have a very happy holiday season!
