Share some Valentine’s Monster Cookies with those you care about to celebrate Love Day! These soft, chocolate-y cookies are loaded with goodness!
I look forward to Valentine’s Day each year because it’s a time allotted to celebrate those who are dear to my heart. I like to do something special for my kids. I typically make them a treat or put a surprise in their Valentine’s mailboxes. We have dinner in as a family on February 14th and my husband and I go out together before the big day to avoid the crowds.
All the pink and red treats are so fun and festive! I’ve always made it a point to celebrate Valentine’s Day, because it’s an excuse to show my friends and family how much I adore them and because, well, I’ll take any opportunity I can get to make yummy desserts. 🙂 And if you’ve followed along here for any amount of time, you’ll know very well that most of the treats I make involve some sort of chocolate, usually in large quantities. 🙂 Those are the best kind.
Because peanut butter and chocolate in a cookie is always a good idea (or at least that’s how I think), I combined them with oats, along with oodles of chocolate chips and festive M&M’s, to make something that is all sorts of delicious! Grab that glass of milk and enjoy!
Mmmmmmmm…….mmmmmmmmm……good!!!!!!!
I can’t wait to make these again for the kids as an after-school treat on Valentine’s Day!
