How is dinner prep going for you? I find there are so many fun, new options to try online! I love browsing recipes on my Pinterest boards and adding them to my menu. I challenge you to make at least one recipe from your Pinterest recipe boards this week! It’s fun to add a nice variety of tried-and-true family recipes and fresh ones from blog land to the lineup. It keeps things interesting in the dinner department!
I like to look in my pantry and see what I have and then search for recipes with those ingredients. It helps me to use things up before they expire and save money by not having to go to the grocery store.
Here’s what we ate for dinner last week:
Creamy Chicken Enchiladas: We ate these for Cinco de Mayo. They are so yummy! I like to make them really easy by using canned chicken or shredded rotisserie chicken.
Cheesy Hamburger Noodle Skillet. This meal is on the table in around 30 minutes! My family gobbled it right up!
Homemade French Bread made into French Toast. We love having breakfast for dinner at least once a week! French toast with homemade bread is next level incredible!
Grilled Tri Tip, Baked Potatoes, Rolls and Salad. This was the Mother’s Day dinner my husband made for me. It was so delicious!
Happy cooking!
