20 No-Bake Pies for the Holidays

A Thanksgiving feast just isn’t complete without pie, am I right?  It’s probably my most favorite part of the whole deal.  Even though I’m always more than full when it’s time to break out the pie, there’s always room for dessert, so I can usually manage to cram in at least one piece.  🙂
We’re hosting some friends at our place for the big day and I’ve been on the lookout for some delicious, preferably no-bake pies.  My oven is going to be worked to the max baking up turkey and rolls, so it’ll be nice to just pre-make the pie and have it waiting in the refrigerator.
My mom used to make the same two pies every year…Lemon Cream and Banana Cream.  I always SO looked forward to them.  They were simply the best and were always the first to go in the sea of other pies. She would even make the crust by hand! I’ve since learned her ways, but it’s still a little intimidating making a pie completely from scratch.  Do you feel the same way?  I’d rather skip the “cutting in” and making sure the crust isn’t too dry or too moist.
Pie-making really is an art! However, there are lots of really amazing pies out there that don’t require baking. Take a look.  Click the link below the image to go straight to the recipe.
Caramel Apple Pie from I Heart Naptime

Banana Cream Pie in a Jar from Inside BruCrew Life
4-Ingredient Butterfinger Pie from Thirty Handmade Days
Ultimate No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie from Buttercream Blondie
No-Bake Apple Pie Cheesecakes from Cookie Monster Cooking
Frozen Grasshopper Pie from Kraft Recipes

No-Bake Key Lime Pie from Eat Good 4 Life
Mini Butterfinger Pies in a Jar from Crumbs and Chaos
Note: The recipe says to bake the graham cracker crust, but that’s optional.
Mud Pie from The Girl Inspired
The crust-baking instruction here is also optional.  It will just make it crispier.
Also, if you’re not a coffee person, sub in chocolate ice cream of any kind.
No-Bake Pumpkin Pie in a Jar from Life Love and Sugar

Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Pie by Recipe Girl

Rocky Road Pie from Creativity Through Food

No-bake S’mores Cheesecake Pie from A Kitchen Addiction
Apple Cloud Pie from Hungry Happenings
This recipe calls for a homemade, baked crust, but simply sub in a prepared crust for a no-bake option.

 No-Bake Snicker’s Pie from Bakerita
Mile-High Banana Split Pie from Let’s Dish

Toasted Coconut Pudding Pie from Mostly Homemade Mom

No-Bake Lemon Cream Pie from Grandparents.com

Seven Layer Ice Cream Pie for the kid from Crazy for Crust
No-Bake Chocolate Truffle Pie from Woman’s Day
——-

So many phenomenal-looking options!  I can’t decide which ones to make!
Are you hosting Thanksgiving dinner at your place this year?
If you’re shy about making pie crusts from scratch, I’m sure you’ll love making one of the no-bake pies here!
Don’t just think Thanksgiving, though.  These pies would be great for any of the upcoming holidays!
