I’m thrilled to be a summer guest contributor over at Cheerios & Lattes today where I’m sharing the recipe for these over-the-top yummy, “Soft Homemade Oreo Cookies”. They are seriously incredible.
Is your mouth watering yet? :)My mom used to make them for an after school snack every once in a while. On these days, my siblings and I would jump off the bus and sprint home like our lives depended on it, so we could be the first to dig into the container full of soft, chocolate, cream-filled sandwich cookies. We were so crazy about them that Mom had to pull us away from the bowl after two or three, so we wouldn’t overdose on sugar. 🙂
We used to bring these cookies in bulk to parties and they always flew right off the platter. Now I get to share them with my own little cookie monsters, and they can’t get enough.Keep them in a container with a lid and they’ll stay ultra soft!
