These are a breakfast (and sometimes dinner) family favorite at our house. When my kids aren’t having Whole Wheat Pancakes, chances are they’re eating yummy homemade waffles.
We use a Belgian waffle maker and it cooks them just how we like them.
{WAFFLES}
2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 t. sugar
3 eggs-separated
1 c. milk
4 T. oil
Stir together dry ingredients. Put egg yolks in the bowl with the dry ingredients. Put egg whites in a separate bowl. Whip whites with mixer. Add the rest of the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients. Mix. Fold in egg whites.Cook and enjoy!
