Personalized Party Invitations

It wouldn’t be party week if I didn’t devote a day to talking about how to create the perfect party invitation!
Disclaimer: I’ve been compensated in product for this post, but I promise that all opinions are 100% mine.  I only recommend the best here on I Dig Pinterest!I’m throwing my (almost) six year old daughter an “All Things Sweet” party for her sixth birthday this week.  There’s going to be a SWEET bounce house and a SWEET candy buffet!  I’m so excited!

Anyway, in the past, I’ve hand-made my kids’ party invitations, but now, with 3 kids (including a 7 month old), it’s a near impossible task.  There are just not enough hours in the day!

So, you can imagine how excited I was when I recently discovered the ever-amazing

They saved me so much time and stress with the party invitations.I’m a very indecisive person, so I designed two super cute invites and then (after soliciting the opinion of sisters and hubby) finally decided on one, which I will reveal later in this post.

I loved the bike design because I could customize the text to display her party theme…”All Things Sweet”, and the whimsical artwork and colors were just way too fun!

But I was also a huge fan of the cupcake invitation because I could personalize it by uploading her cute picture, and because who can resist cupcakes?  I mean, really.

Such a hard decision! 🙂  I couldn’t have gone wrong either way.

So, after stewing and brewing over it, I finally decided on the bike design.  I just couldn’t get over the cute details of the flourishes and the retro polka-dotted bike (I think most everyone knows how obsessed I am with that pattern).
Upon adding it to my cart, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Cardstore would make my hectic life even easier by mailing the invitations to my party guests, for only the price of postage!  Amazing! Since I don’t have the addresses of my daughter’s classmates, though, I opted to hand-deliver mine.
I couldn’t believe how simple and quick the design process was.  Their site is so user-friendly and they offer tons of fun invitation options for pretty much every theme, color and age you could want.I was notified only the next day that my invitations had shipped, and I received the perfectly packaged treasures only a few days after that.  Everything about the experience was just so smooth and simple.  And with their ever-running great coupon deals, their prices are so reasonable.

If you want to design your own party invitation, now is the time, because they’re providing a code for 40% off your invitations purchase (through April 30)!  Just click on the image below and enter code “CCF3040” at checkout.
