Whew! This last week was one of those that I pat myself on the back for making it through. I only cooked three times because my husband went out of town for a bit for work. Whenever that happens, we do easy dinners (chicken nuggets, frozen pizza, etc.). I took the kids to Chick fil A one night as a reward for good behavior while I was single momming it.
Pizza Bundles. This is a family favorite recipe! My kids request it at least once a week. We typically eat it twice a month. 🙂 Instead of using homemade dough, I let the pre-packed freezer roll dough balls thaw and then proceed with the recipe.
Cheeseburger Paradise Soup. This is a hearty, cheesy, comforting soup that everyone will enjoy! Soups always involve lots of chopping and babysitting, but this one’s worth it, because you won’t have to cook the next night! It makes a ton and we had lots of yummy leftovers!
Tacos. I made these and took them to my friend’s family who has been having a rough time. I also brought fruit and rice and beans. This is a simple, yummy meal to bring to others!
Chili Roni. This is one of those dinners that my kids eat without any complaint! It’s so flavorful and yummy! Chili plus pasta for dinner is always a good idea!
Pretzel Rolls and Crab Soup from Costco. I use 5 cups of flour instead of 6 for the pretzel rolls.
What are your favorite recipes that your family asks for again and again? I’d love to hear!
