Cupid’s Love Potion Valentine’s Drink

I made this oh-so-tasty Cupid’s Love Potion drink with my son the other day and it instantly worked its magic on us!
It’s SO yummy and a perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s Day!  Look at all those festive colors!  The kids love to help stir the potion, squirt oodles of whipped cream on top, and dust with brightly-colored sprinkles.
I also grabbed some fun heart-shaped marshmallows and skewered one on a straw for an added touch of deliciousness.
Cupid kindly consented to share this secret recipe with us today.  Aren’t we lucky? Whip it up in a flash, with only THREE ingredients!
{CUPID’S LOVE POTION}
Recipe originally from Family Fun

12-ounce can pink lemonade concentrate (or make your own)
1 cup raspberry sherbet
12-ounce can of lemon/lime soda (I used 7-Up)
Whipped Cream and Sprinkles for topping (optional)
In a pitcher, mix the lemonade concentrate with the recommended amount of water.  In a separate pitcher, combine the sherbet with 1 cup of the lemonade mixture.  Add the soda, stir, and serve.  Makes 3 cups.
If you’d like more of a slushy drink, leave chunks of sherbet in the liquid!

It’s slightly fizzy and flavored perfectly with raspberry sherbet and pink lemonade.

This would also be great to serve at a kids’ Valentine’s Party!  It’s sure to be a hit!

Enjoy!
