Warm weather grilling just got extra delicious with this Deluxe Green Chile Cheeseburger with magical pink burger sauce that’ll have everyone cheering in delight! It’s piled high with goodness!
Have you broken out the grill yet after the long winter? We certainly have! I look forward to the spring/summer grilling season from the time the cold weather hits! Now it’s upon us and I couldn’t be happier!
Grilled meals seem to be so much simpler to prepare and way easier to clean up too! When you’re running around all day playing in the sun, and definitely not thinking about what’s for dinner, no worries! Because you can get home and grill up a Deluxe Green Chile Cheeseburger in a snap!
I don’t know about you, but I love, love, love a good burger! In fact, I crave them all week long. Ask my hubby. I could eat them every night and never tire! 🙂
I’m especially crazy about Ball Park® Beef Patties because they’re fully cooked and loaded with that flame grilled flavor! So literally all it takes to bite into that scrumptious mile-high burger on a bun is a quick warming and a few add-ons!
I found these at my local Smith’s, but you can shop for them at your local Kroger. Use ClickList to make your shopping experience a cinch! Have you heard of it? You can order from your computer or smart device and then never leave your car, while an associate loads your groceries for you! So amazing, right?!
Be sure to take advantage of this ClickList offer to save on Kroger products for your summer grilling!
Living in the southwest, I rarely eat a burger without roasted green chiles. I thought everyone was crazy when I first moved here, adding green chiles to literally everything under the sun, but now I’ve completely jumped on the bandwagon and I’m never turning back! 🙂 They add a wonderful flavor dimension and texture! I love the heat they add too, although you can use mild green chiles if you’re not a fan of spice. Add crisp pickles, lettuce, tomato, onion and cheddar and a toasted bun and you’re in burger heaven!
This burger would certainly not be complete without the special sauce that just oozes out while you eat!
I grew up in Utah where what we called “pink sauce” was common vocabulary. We dipped fries in it, put it on burgers, took a spoon to it…you name it. 🙂 Now I crave it all the time! So I made my own version and slathered the toasted bun with it.
I like to call it Magic Burger Sauce. Let me tell you, it’s finger-licking good! It will change your life! Just be careful- you may not be able to ever eat another burger without it! 🙂

This burger will become your go-to summer meal! The Ball Park Beef Patties make it even easier to prepare than your normal burger and easily adaptable with your favorite add-ons and toppings! I like to choose items that are readily available in the kitchen to make things even more stress-free.
What I love about burgers is that they require little to no planning and prep and are always a crowd-pleaser! So you can spend more time with your guests and loved ones and less time fussing about feeding everyone!
Serve it up with chips, fries, or a simple salad on the side and dinner is done! I know what we’re going to be having for dinner this summer over and over! 🙂
What are your favorite burger toppings? Have you ever had “pink sauce or fry sauce”? If not, you are missing out! Let me know what you think of it!
