I like to make a big deal of breakfast on Easter. We typically have a slow morning and just soak it all in! I bake up a breakfast casserole or make waffles or French toast and we sit around the kitchen, enjoying tasty food and good conversation.
I love spring! The flowers start to bloom, the green grass sprouts up, and the birds start singing. I can’t stop smiling about it! It represents new life and new opportunities! I love a fresh start!
