Staying active as a family can be so much fun and helps instill good habits in kids that will stay with them into adulthood!
We got really lucky and acquired a tennis court as part of our home purchase two years ago. We love to find things to do year round that keep us moving, but this time of year is especially great for outdoor exercise! The temps are perfect and the views are gorgeous with the leaves changing. 
It’s so fulfilling watching my kids play kindly while learning to work as a team. It’s possible to make exercise a memorable bonding experience when it becomes a family-wide emphasis! I hope tennis is one of those things that always unites us, even when my kids are grown and out of the house.
