Fudge Stripes Cookies Trifle

This Fudge Stripes Cookies Trifle is beautiful, delicious and so easy to prepare! It’s a must-make for summer and perfect for potlucks and BBQ’s!

Do you have a favorite summer dessert? I can’t pinpoint just one, but I always crave all things cool and creamy! If they have chocolate, it’s an added bonus!

Last week we went camping and I bought a bunch of Fudge Stripes Cookies for s’mores. Have you ever made s’mores with Fudge Stripes Cookies? They’re amazing! We had some leftovers, so, instead of eating all of them myself, I decided to make them into a perfect layered treat to share!

This trifle looks impressive yet comes together in a hurry. Layers of crumbled Fudge Striped Cookies, chocolate pudding, a fluffy cream cheese layer, sliced strawberries and whipped topping. The resulting creation is both mouthwatering and totally irresistible! I know you’re going to love it too!

I’ve made quite an array of trifles in my day, including this Banana Split Trifle, this Strawberries ‘n Cream Trifle, this Blackberry Trifle and this Decadent Turtle Brownie Trifle. All are so yummy! There’s something about a beautiful layered dessert that draws you in and makes you want to enjoy a delightful scoop or two!

Backyard BBQ’s and whatever other activities and gatherings the summer brings call for this incredible confection! If you are a Fudge Stripes Cookies lover, you need to bolt to the kitchen and whip this up!

And since strawberries are in season right now, there’s no excuse not to make this!

YUM! What a delicious idea! We love Fudge Stripe cookies (have you ever put a roasted marshmallow in between two of them!?) so we'll have to try this!
