Have you ever been in a situation where you’d like to take a meal to a friend or someone in need, but don’t know what to bring? Here are 25 easy and delicious options to choose from!
Recently, one of my friends was going through a tough time with her family and I offered to bring her a meal. Her family has gluten intolerances, and I don’t typically cook that way, so I was totally stumped on what to make! I researched for a while and came up with tacos as a safe bet. 🙂 It was still stressful, looking at every food label and just hoping I wasn’t accidentally giving them gluten.
So I thought it would be great to provide you with a few ideas in case you need to prepare a meal for someone with food allergies and intolerances. I’ve also included tons of options for those who aren’t on a special diet. Even though I make dinner for my family every day, sometimes I still have to rack my brain when I’m taking dinner to someone else. I don’t know why that is! All of these recipes are easy to make and are sure to please!
Next time you need to put together a meal for someone in a hurry, you’ll know what to bring!
